Mike joined the ACCESSbank team in 2017. He was Bank of Nebraska’s first Commercial lender in 1997 and became their president in 2005. With more than 30 years of commercial banking experience, Mike continues to be an important partner in helping ACCESSbank's customers succeed. In his spare time, Mike serves as the Senior Warden and Sub-Deacon for Holy Cross Orthodox Church.

Mike has been with the bank since 2015 and has worked as a Credit Analyst and Commercial Lender. His current role is SVP, Commercial Relationship Manager which oversees and manages existing portfolios of commercial relationships. His main focus is on commercial and industrial businesses with a need for equipment financing, operating lines of credit, and business/real estate acquisitions. Before joining the team, Mike served on the Bellevue Police Department and achieved the rank of Sergeant. Since 2020, Mike has been actively involved with the First Responders Foundation, and currently sits on their board as Treasurer.

Katie has been in Commercial Banking since 2001. Her experience started in her home state of Michigan at both large national and regional banks. A Nebraska resident for over 15 years, she focuses primarily on Commercial and Industrial businesses and enjoys partnering with business clients to create long-term relationships as a trusted advisor. She takes pride in seeing a project go from an idea to an acquisition, the start of a new division or the required working capital to help a business make that necessary next step. Katie and her husband enjoy watching their children’s sporting events and can often be found watching school and club volleyball. Katie is committed to two charitable organizations, in particular the American Heart Association and The Gift of Adoption, for whom she sits on the Board of Directors.

Taylor Severin

VP & Commercial Services Manager

Taylor has been with the bank since 2017 and has held a variety of roles including multiple positions in retail and commercial banking. In his current role as Commercial Services Manager, Taylor will provide oversight to all operational functions of the Commercial and Commercial Real Estate departments. Taylor also assists in the oversight of the commercial loan and deposit portfolio from a relationship and process perspective, serving as an additional point of contact for commercial client relationships. Taylor is actively involved on the Champions Team with College Possible, a non-profit organization making college admission and success possible for students from low-income backgrounds.

Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Trip has been in community banking since 2015. Prior to joining ACCESSbank, he has served as a mortgage loan officer, credit analyst and commercial lender. In his current role as an AVP, Commercial Relationship Manager, Trip loves helping local businesses access financing solutions that meet their needs and goals. He enjoys working with a diverse and collaborative team that shares the mission of supporting local entrepreneurs and communities. Trip’s main fields of expertise are in commercial Real Estate and Commercial & Industrial loan origination and relationship management. Trip and his wife, Lizzie, love traveling and all things outdoors

Grant Van Scoy

Commercial Banking Officer

Originally from Papillion, Nebraska, Grant has been in commercial banking since 2019. Prior to joining ACCESSbank he served as a Commercial Banking Analyst and Commercial Portfolio Manager. In his current role as a Commercial Banking Officer, Grant assists in the oversight of the loan portfolio from a credit, relationship, and process perspective, serving as an additional point of contact for commercial client relationships.

Kendra has more than 20 years of experience and has held a variety of roles including teller, loan operations specialist, and real estate closing specialist. Kendra's primary focus is to provide operational support on deposit and loan relationships to clients and relationship managers.

Originally from Norfolk, Nebraska, Tanner's banking career took root as a Teller here at ACCESSbank, and he's delighted to continue advancing as a banker. He's committed to delivering exceptional customer service with efficiency and professionalism. Tanner's foremost aim is to provide operational support for deposit and loan relationships to both clients and relationship managers.

Dan joined the ACCESSbank team in 2016 and brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate banking experience.

His responsibilities include management of the Commercial Real Estate department and further developing the bank's construction and commercial real estate portfolios. He serves on the corporate board of the YMCA of Greater Omaha and is also a board member of the Downtown Rotary.

Patrick brings more than 15 years of banking experience. He began his banking career in 2007 and has experience in Retail, Treasury Management and has been in Commercial Lending since 2016 where he focused on Commercial and Industrial and Commercial Real Estate Lending. His focus at ACCESSbank will be on developing and growing the bank’s construction and commercial real estate portfolios. Patrick has been a resident of La Vista since 2010 and serves on the City of La Vista’s Planning Commission and is also a board member of the Council Bluffs Leadership Alumni Association.

Diane Djureen

VP & Commercial Relationship Manager

Diane has 30 years of commercial banking experience. She has an emphasis in business banking and commercial real estate lending, focusing on residential new construction. Diane is also an active member of the Metropolitan Omaha Builders Association and Build Omaha.

Andrea is a Business Banking Specialist for the Commercial Real Estate department and has been with ACCESSbank since 2010. Andrea has over 15 years of banking experience. Her primary focus is to provide operational support on deposit and loan relationships to clients and relationship managers.

Alicia has worked in a variety of capacities at ACCESSbank since 2011. As Treasury Services Manager, she is responsible for leading the Treasury Management team. Alicia works collaboratively with our Commercial Banking & Retail teams to ensure new clients have a positive Onboarding experience resulting in a smooth transition to ACCESSbank. Just as important, Alicia & the Treasury Management team take pride in making certain our existing clients continue to receive the highest levels of customer service.
