Vice President, Director of Human Resources, SPHR
Lisa Kaiser is the Director of Human Resources, joining ACCESSbank in 2023. She brings more than 25 years of experience in human resources, with expertise in talent acquisition, benefits, compensation, compliance, employee relations, and performance management. Her background includes leading HR Shared Services teams supporting more than 650 employees across 24 states, along with experience working with startup organizations in the Omaha area. Lisa serves as Co Chair of the Membership Committee for Human Resources of the Midlands and is a member of the Nebraska Foster Care Review Board.
Mark Irwin
Human Resources Business Partner, PHR
Mark is an HR Business Partner with more than 10 years of experience supporting employees and leaders across the organization. He brings expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, benefits administration, and process improvement, with a strong focus on advancing the bank’s culture and values. Throughout his work, Mark partners closely with leadership to support team development and operational efficiency, bringing a thoughtful, people focused approach to human resources. He enjoys spending time with family and golfing outside of work.
